La Plata County Fair

LPQG is the superintendent of the quilt competition of La Plata County Fair each year.  The Fair Committee Chair attends meetings throughout the year to set policy for the Fair and maintain LPQG’s interest in the Fair. Our Fair Committee checks in each quilt to be shown and judged at the fair and contracts the judges for each category.  During the Fair, the Fair Committee oversees the judging, represents LPQG and watches over the quilts.
